Customize the return reasons available when processing returns. Click on any reason to edit it.

Allow select all via A key

Enable the A key to select all items in the current order. This provides a quick way to mark all items for return processing.

Allow multi-select via M key

Enable the M key to enter multi-select mode. This allows you to select multiple items and apply the same return reason to all of them.

Enable item scrapping

When enabled, you will be prompted after selecting a return reason to confirm whether the item should be scrapped (destroyed) or returned to stock.
