Customize the return reasons available when processing returns. Click on any reason to edit it.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Allow select all via A key
Enable the A key to select all items in the current order.
This provides a quick way to mark all items for return processing.
Allow multi-select via M key
Enable the M key to enter multi-select mode.
This allows you to select multiple items and apply the same return reason to all of them.
Returns Processing
Enable item scrapping
When enabled, you will be prompted after selecting a return reason to confirm whether the item should be scrapped (destroyed) or returned to stock.
Scanning only
Items can be added to a return only by scanning their barcode with a hardware
scanner. Clicking an item, selecting with Enter,
select-all and multi-select are all turned off, and a typed barcode is refused.
Return reasons are still chosen with the mouse or keyboard as usual.
